Makeup companies are always touting their products with phrases like “unbelievable volume” and “no clumping”. Most of those products, especially lower end ones, don’t live up to the hype. But I tried Cover Girl Volumeexact and it is actually awesome. It lengthens and doesn’t clump. It comes with a plastic brush, which may make all the difference. It actually improves after a couple of uses too. Volumeexact comes in four shades. I also tried Cover Girl Lashexact, but I don’t find it as good, and it’s more prone to clumping.
